Mysto Shirt?

This week we released a new shirt…. but, before we officially released the design we asked the Shaka People Tribe (that's you) to pre-order the shirt as a "mysto shirt" and anyone who takes the chance will get to buy that new mysto shirt for only $10. Catch is the $10 deal was only around for 2 days, then we revealed what the new design. At that point was not a mystery anymore, so the prices shot up to $15. This offer will only be around for the first week. After the first week, you can still purchase the design, but it will be offered at $22. When you pre-order you help us know how many we should print without over doing it or under doing it. We will try...

These shirts were hand delivered by our friend of the sea Andy Langland in Moshi, Tanzania, and the kids were stoked!

Costa Rica

Warm seas, green trees, and monkeys, Pura Vida! (translation: Pure Life) The locals use this saying for greetings, goodbyes, thank you's etc. they say it and mean it living the pure life. This was the trip of a lifetime, full of extreme adventures... and of coarse plenty of relaxation. We arrived in Guanacaste in the mid afternoon so stoked to be in Costa Rica but kinda burnt from travel, we went straight out to the ocean. The  beach we were staying at does not have waves so we went for a quick swim in the almost 80 degree ocean water, just hung out had a few drinks. But day two, is when the real adventures started. We commandeered a local taxi...

Baja Mexico

Great waves, nobody in the water, fresh tacos, and ice cold beers! We drove the bus to Baja Mexico,  first stop the original Taco Surf. We got in town around noon, and the tide was high, so we sat around drinking beers, and watching the waves as the tide drops and the swell builds. Ended up paddling out around 2:30-3:00pm for our first afternoon session catching lots of waist to chest high waves. This beach offers a perfect point break peeling rights never breaking in front of itself. After surfing about 6 hours we were ready to feast. Jeremy called up a taxi to take us to Puerto Nuevo, but this was no ordinary taxi......
